We warmly invite you to gather with us under the open sky for a heart-connecting Sacred Cacao, Breath & Drum Ceremony, an evening of deep presence, rhythm, and connection with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.  Weather permitting, we will conclude our time together with a closing bonfire, embracing the warmth of the flames as we integrate the afternoon’s experience.

 

The Magic of Cacao & Tea

Cacao is a sacred and heart-opening superfood that offers a gentle, uplifting energy without the crash of modern stimulants. It clears mental clutter, enhances focus, and deepens our ability to hear our own hearts—making meditation, self-expression, and creativity flow with ease. With each sip, cacao invites us into a blissful state of connection and presence within ourselves as well as to nature.

Prefer something different or have contraindications to sipping Cacao?  No problem! A tea elixir will also be available, offering a meditative practice in itself.  With each sip, we cultivate mindfulness, stillness, and the ability to simply be—allowing our breath and heartbeat to guide us inward, where all wisdom resides.  

 

Conscious-connected Elemental Breathwork

As we sip, we will be guided into conscious breathwork to help deepen our connection with mother nature & her elements, a powerful tool to open energy channels, release what no longer serves us, and bring balance to our nervous system. This breath-centered practice supports emotional release, clears old patterns, and restores inner harmony.

 

The Power of Sacred Drumming

Drumming is one of the most ancient and profound healing modalities, a rhythm that mirrors the heartbeat of Mother Earth and connects us to the pulse of life itself. The sacred drum carries the voices of our ancestors, links us to the natural world, and elevates our consciousness through rhythm and vibration.

Played with intention, drumming serves as a powerful tool for meditation, movement, and deep energetic release. The rhythms align our heartbeat, quiet the mind, and awaken a sense of profound connection—to ourselves, each other, and the elements around us.
